Peel and wash Tomatillos, cut in half and place cut side up in microwave dish.
Microwave for 1-3 minutes, until soft but not mushy. Put all in food processor, and add Salt to taste. It is supposed to keep for up to a month if you add 1/2 Tbsp Salt, or you can freeze. (I recommend tasting it before you actually add the 1/2 Tbsp of Salt!)
