     Olive Garden Hot Artichoke Spinach Dip

1/2 C Spinach
8 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 tsp Crushed Red pepper Flakes
1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
1 C Artichoke Hearts, chopped
1/2 C Parmesan Cheese, grated
1/4 tsp Salt
Black Pepper

Boil Spinach and Artichoke hearts in 1 C water for 10 min. or until tender. Drain in colander.
Heat Cream Cheese in microwave until creamy; add Spinach and Artichokes and stir well. Add remaining ingredients and combine. Serve with crackers, chips or toasted bread.
