1-1/2 C Mozzarella Cheese (or Mexican mix), shredded
1 (4 oz) jar Green Chilies, chopped
2 Eggs, beaten
1 or 2 pkg Oven Fry for pork
Instructions
Mix Sausage, Bisquick, Cheese and Green Chilies in a bowl. Mixture will be thick. Roll into balls. Dip balls into Egg, and roll in Oven Fry. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until done.
