     Rolled Breaded Chicken

Thin Chicken Breasts (you decide how many)
Olive Oil
Italian Bread Crumbs
Grated Parmigiana Cheese
Large glass or foil pan

Wash and clean the chicken breasts. Have a flat pan with olive oil and another with the bread crumbs, mix in the cheese with the bread crumbs to taste. Dip the chicken and coat it in the olive oil, then transfer to the bread crumbs and coat completely. Put into foil pan, and roll up and put toothpick it to hold it.
Once all the chicken is ready, sprinkle with paprika and drizzle olive oil on all. Squeeze some lemon juice as well.
Bake at 350 for approx. 40 min with foil on top of pan. For the last 5 min, take foil off. I like to serve on a platter with sliced lemons to make it look nice.
