Make cake as directed, cool and then crumble up in large bowl. Stir in 1/2 of the tub of icing. Roll cake into small balls and let sit on wax papaer and air dry for about an hour. Melt bark and dip cake balls and set to dry on was paper. When dry, drizzle dark chocolate on to of each truffle to make design. Makes 45 truffles.
