     Toasted Coconut Carmel Pie

Ingredients
2 Graham or Chocolate Pie Crust
1 jar Caramel
7oz. Coconut
1 Cup chopped Pecans
1 cup Eagle Brand
8oz. pkg. Cream Cheese
16 oz. Cool Whip
 

Instructions
Mix eagle brand, cream cheese, and cool whip until creamy. Layer 1/4 mixture on crust, sprinkle with coconut & pecans, drizzle with caramel sauce, repeat this process. I think this will make 2 pies, but maybe not!!! I would have the extra pie crust just in case.
