Make rice (white or brown, just not minute) as directed, substituting chicken broth for the water.
Add a thread of saffron to the water and cook.
OR, in a pinch, purchase a packet or two of YELLOW RICE from the grocery store.
No need for any extra salt or butter on rice cooked this way. Can also add chopped cilantro or parsley for color and a little extra something after rice is fully cooked.
