     Hamburger Pockets (Variations)

Ingredients
1 bag of rhodes white rolls
1 bag of shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb of hamburger
1 onion (optional)
 

Instructions
Put two rhodes rolls in a muffin pan per muffin- let rise approx 4 hours and flatten Brown hamburger with some diced onion and season with some salt pepper Put hamburger in dough balls (after flattened) and then put some cheese on(approx one Tblspoon) Pinch edges to seal
Bake at 350 approx 20minute until lightly golden brown!
Variations- can also be done as ham and cheddar rolls turkey cheese rolls - pizza pockets or taco empanadas ( for taco one u can also put taco rice- or corn into the empandad and after removing from oven top with choices sour cream - lettuce - salsa -
Variation by Cristi Wiegers- I like to put a little cooked cabbage in with beef and onion and then you have bierocks.
