Easy Pulled Pork in Crock Pot

Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
2 bottles KC Masterpiece Sweet and Tangy BBQ Sauce
1 can Coke
1 Pork Butt/Shoulder

Instructions
Put Pork Butt in crock pot with fat side on top. Pour Coke and 1 bottle of the BBQ sauce on the pork butt. Cook on low overnight or for 8 hours. Remove from crock pot and shred pork. (I usually freeze half of the shredded meat as it makes a lot!) Then pour the 2nd bottle of BBQ sauce on shredded pork and serve on Kings Hawaiian Rolls. If you reheat leftovers do it in a saucepan on the stove as a microwave it will dry it out.
