Preheat oven to 450°F. Peel and core apples and cut into pieces.
Mix 1/2 c sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over apples. Put pie
crust in pie pan and place apples in pie pan.
Combining remaining sugar and flour and mix with butter, rubbing
together until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples.
Bake for about 10 minutes, lower temperature to 350°F and bake
for 1 hour or until golden brown.
