1/2 cup olive oil

1/4 cup white wine vinegar

2 cans black beans, rinsed

2 avacados (add only when serving)

1 tbsp red onion

2 tbsp jalapeño, minced

4-6 plum tomatoes, diced (cut in half, take out seeds)

Instructions |

|
Whisk together Good Seasons Italian dressing, olive oil, white wine vinegar, and garlic. Let stand while combining other ingredients.
