     Italian Red Pepper Salad

Ingredients
1/4 c. oil
2 tbs. vinegar
1/2 teas. basil
1/2 teas. oregano
1/4 teas. salt
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 med. red peppers, cut in rings
1 sm onion, sliced thin
4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
 

Instructions
Mix oil, vinegar, basil, oregano, salt and garlic.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours but no longer than 48 hours.
