1/3 c. olive oil

1/4 c. red wine vinegar

2 tbs. onions, chopped

Instructions |

|
Cut tomatoes into 1/2 inch thick slices and arrange in large shallow
dish, set aside.

Combine remaining ingredients in a jar, cover tightly and shake
vigorously. Pour over tomatoes. Marinate in refrigerator several
hours
|
