5-8 Apricot Halves, cut into sections (Del Monte apricot halves in jar)
1 C prepared Ranch Dressing
1-2 Tbsp fresh Cilantro
1 lrg Avocado, sliced
1-2 tsp grated Lime Zest
Instructions
Line a salad bowl with fresh spinach. Top with avocado slices and apricot sections. Mix Ranch dressing with lime zest and fresh cilantro. Before serving, drizzle dressing over spinach salad.
