Preheat oven to 425 F. Brush bottom of 13x9 with oil. Mix parmesan cheese, bisquick, italian seasoning, paprika and pepper; coat chicken. Arrange in pan skin side down.
Bake 45 minutes. Turn chicken; divide chili sauce among breasts. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake until melted.
