     Chicken in Wine Sauce

Ingredients
boneless skinless chicken breasts (2)
4 tbsp flour
salt (2 pinches)
pepper (2 pinches)
thyme (2 pinches)
4 tsp olive oil
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 cup chopped onion
 
1 cup slices mushrooms
1 cup thinly sliced carrots
1 cup red wine
1 cup chicken broth

Instructions
cut chicken into bite-size pieces, toss with flour, salt, pepper, and thyme
brown chicken in olive oil in large sauce pan over medium-high heat
add chopped vegetables and cook until softened
add red wine and chicken broth. simmer/cook until sauce thickens. serve with rice or pasta
