Put fillets on plate. Add olive oil, lemon juice, and Creole spices.
Turn a couple of times to coat well. Top fish with capers, chopped
tomatoes, and cilantro. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes 20 seconds.
Meanwhile, cook pasta in boiling water until al dente, about 3
minutes. Divide pasta between two plates. Place fillet on top of
each. Spoon any liquids from the fish over the top.
