     Tilapia with sun dried tomatoes and capers

2 tilapia fillets (about 4 oz each)
1 T olive oil
1 t lemon juice
1/2 t Creole spices
1 t capers
3 sun-dried tomatoes, reconstituted and chopped
1 t cilantro, chopped
Ground pepper
3 oz angel hair pasta

Put fillets on plate. Add olive oil, lemon juice, and Creole spices. Turn a couple of times to coat well. Top fish with capers, chopped tomatoes, and cilantro. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. Microwave on high for 2 minutes 20 seconds.
Meanwhile, cook pasta in boiling water until al dente, about 3 minutes. Divide pasta between two plates. Place fillet on top of each. Spoon any liquids from the fish over the top.
