First take your buffalo steaks, and marinate them then add the seasonings of your choice, I added butter melted on top, then garlic spread, then salt, and seasoned salt
Once steaks are marinated and seasoned then its time to cook them. I prefer to broil them because buffalo meat is so tender, it will cook fast. Broil on high, but do not stop checking on them every five minutes or so. It took me about twelve minutes on both sides, only because they were so thick.
Every five minutes, turn them over in the oven, then add extra seasonings and butter, and whatever else you season with. Once they are a little pink in the middle, no blood is pouring out of sides, and they are starting to look barbecued on the sides, they should be done. I always check by cutting through each one, just in case.
Next take the meat out, cut the bone out if you want, or add extra seasonings. Then serve and enjoy. Buffalo is the best meat in the world in my opinion, its so juicy, tender, and just melts in your mouth!
