3 cans pie filling (cherry, strawberry, or blueberry)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted
margarine. Press t of mixture into lined muffin tins.
Beat cream cheese, eggs, 3/4 c sugar, 1 t vanilla, and lemon juice
together well. Spoon into lined muffin tins to fill each half full.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Turn up oven to 400°F. Mix sour cream, 2 T sugar, and 1 t vanilla.
Pour on top of baked tarts. Bake for 3 minutes.
Refrigerate. Top with pie filling.
