Quarter tomatoes; drain. Place steak in a deep casserole; sprinkle
with salt and pepper. Add tomatoes, onion, beef broth, marjoram,
thyme, and garlic. Cover with casserole lid; microwave 9-12
minutes or until desired degree of doneness. Remove steak from
dish; set aside and keep warm.
Add mushrooms to tomato mixture in dish. Cover with lid;
microwave 5 minutes or until tender. Combine flour and vinegar;
stir well. Add to tomato mixture; stir well. Microwave, uncovered,
3 minutes or until thickened and bubbly, stirring halfway through
cooking time. Set aside
Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices. Serve sauce with
steak.
