     Santa Fe Beef Salad

Ingredients
1 lb sirloin steak
6 c assorted salad greens
1 red or yellow bell pepper, cut into long strips
Guacamole
1 green onion, sliced
Tortilla chips
Marinade-
2 T vegetable oil
2 T lime juice
 
2 T soy sauce
1 1/4 t lemon pepper
1 t garlic powder
Dressing-
1/4 c vegetable oil
1 t grated lime peel
2 T lime juice
1 t dijon mustard

Instructions
In ziplock plastic bag, combine all marinade ingredients. Add steak, turning to coat evenly with marinade. Marinate in refrigerator for several hours to overnight. Remove meat from marinade.
Place meat on grid over medium-hot coals; grill for 7-8 minutes per side or until desired degree of doneness. Slice into thin strips.
Combine all dressing ingredients in 1-cup measure. Whisk until combined. In large bowl, toss together greens and dressing. Divide evenly among four plates. Spoon dollop of guacamole over top. Place steak strips on top. Garnish with green onion. Arrange chips around edges of plate.
