1 c. sugar

1 c. brown sugar, packed

2 eggs

1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

3 c. quick oatmeal

6 oz. white chocolate chips

Instructions |
|
|
Preheat oven to 350. Cream together shortening and sugars until
mixture is light. Add eggs one at a tile, vanilla extract, beat until
well blended.

Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt and gradually add to the
creamed mixture. Stir in oatmeal, craisins and chips.
|
|
|
Bake on greased cookie sheets for 10 minutes. Cool
|
|
