Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare cake as directed in 2-9 inch pans. Cool 5 minutes then put on wire rack.
Microwave butter and chocolate on high 2 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Beat cream cheese and sugar on medium until blended. Stir in cool whip and cookie. Place cake on serving plate. Spread with cream cheese mixture. Place with other cake. Spoon chocolate graze over cake.
