     Smothered Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients
6 small chicken breasts
1 can chicken gravy
1 pkg chicken stuffing
1 1/2 cup hot water
6 slices bread
3 cups frozen peas, cooked
 
Instructions
Spray large skillet with non-stick spray. Cook chicken 3 minutes on each side. Add gravy, cook 5 minutes.
Combine stuffing and water. Spoon stuffing over chicken; cover. Cook 5 minutes. Place stuffing over chicken on bread. Serve with peas.
