     Chicken Marsala

Ingredients
4 thin Chicken Breasts, Boneless, Pounded
1 1/2 lb sliced mixed Mushrooms
3/4 c Marsala Wine
1/2 c Heavy Cream
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 T olive oil
2 T Butter
2 T Flour
S-P to taste
 

Instructions
Heat oil over md heat cook chicken breast till golden brown5-10 min on each side Remove from pan unto paper towels. Add Butter when melted saute mushrooms about 2-3 min till slightly cooked mix flour stir until coated cook another 2-3 min.
Add chicken back to pan along with marsala cook about 5 min till reduced about 1/2 over medium heat. Add Cream and simmer till thickened and heated through.
Notes-
Serving Suggestions
Preferbly over Egg noodle But rice works, if you want more veggies I like Sauteed Green beans or zucchini.
