     Crab and Corn Imperial

Ingredients
8 oz. crab meat
1 1/2 teas. lemon juice
1 1/2 tbs. parsley
1/2 red pepper, diced
1 can corn
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 teas. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 teas. Worcestershire sauce
dash of Tobasco sauce
 
1/4 teas. seafood seasoning
1/8 teas. pepper
2 tbs. bread crumbs, dry

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375. Roast corn and peppers until heated, Reduce oven to 350.
Combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, seasoning, pepper, lemon juice and parsley. Gently fold in corn and peppers, then crab meat.
Spoon mixture into casserole dishes. Top with Bread crumbs. Bake at 250 for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
