1-8 oz. low fat sour cream
1-8 oz. low fat plain yogurt
1 pkg. sugar-free vanilla pudding mix (instant)
 
Instructions
Mix sour cream and yogurt together. Add pudding mix to the sour cream mixture. Chocolate pudding may be used instead of vanilla
