This recipe takes a little time and actually tastes better when
made the night before. Stores very well for 3-4 days in the
refrigerator. Recipe can be doubled or tripled in proper cooking
pot. If doubling or tripling, add at least 1/2 cup water to the
first step.
Makes a great anytime snack, goes well with cheese toast and
juice. Travels and reheats easily.

In medium pot bring 3 1/4 cup water and 1/4 tsp salt to a full
boil. Slowly add 1 cup Bob's cereal mix stirring constantly.
Immediately reduce heat to very low, cover with tight fitting lid.
Set timer for 10 minutes. Stir often for the first 5 minutes
(especially the first two minutes) and then occasionally for the
last 5 minutes. Remember to replace cover each time you stir! If
the cereal seems to stick to the bottom of the pan while cooking,
reduce heat further or remove from heat occasionally. If cereal
becomes too thick at any time, add water 1/4 cup at a time,
waiting a minute or two to check thickness.

|
After ten minutes, remove from heat, add all remaining ingredients,
stir. Cover. Set timer for another ten minutes. After a minute or
two stir once more to blend ingredients. Cover and let stand for
remaining time. Stir prior to serving.

|
At this point you're ready to eat! If making ahead of time,
uncover and let cool slightly before refrigerating. This will
help reduce condensation. Refrigerate in container with tight
fitting seal.
Package notes that cereal tastes good with honey or any fruit or
nuts. Experiment & Enjoy!
