     Butterscotch Brownies

Ingredients
6 oz. butterscotch chips
1/4 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1/2 teas. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 teas. baking powder
3/4 teas. salt
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Melt butterscotch chips over hot water, add butter, stir until melted. Stir in brown sugar. Cool for 5 minutes. Blend in eggs and vanilla.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt and add to other ingredients.
Spread in greased and floured 9 by 13 pan.
Bake for 25 min.
