Cheesy Smashed Potatoes

Ingredients

	2 lbs. baby Yukon gold potatoes
	1/4 cup sour cream
	2 cups shredded cheddar
	3 Tbsp. chives, chopped
	salt and pepper


Instructions


Boil potatoes. Drain and mash with sour cream and cheese. Once cheese melts, add chives, salt and pepper. Remash!!!
