     Snickerdoodles

Ingredients
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 teas. vanilla
3 3/4 c. flour
1/2 teas baking soda
1/2 teas. cream of tartar
1/2 teas. salt
 
colored sugar, cinammon
Instructions
Cream butter, add sugar and eggs. Blend in milk and vanilla. Add flour baking soda, salt and cream of tartar. Blend.
Roll in 1 inch balls and then roll in colored sugar or cinnamon.
Place balls 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheets. Flatten slightly.
Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
