3/4 cup onion, chopped

6 cups water
|

6 bouillon cubes
|

2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli, chopped

8 oz. noodles
|

1 tsp. salt

6 cups milk

1 lb. velvetta cheese
|

3 Tablespoons butter
|

Instructions |
|
|
Saute onion in butter in large saucepan. When onion is tender add water and bouillon. Bring to a boil.
|

Then add broccoli and cook until tender.
|
|
|
Next add noodles and salt. Cook until noodles are tender.
|
|
|
Last add milk and cheese. Mix till all blended. Heat through and serve.
