     Hot Bean Dip

Ingredients
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup minced onion
1 6 1/2 oz. can red kidney beans, undrained
1/2 cup ketchup
1 Tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce
dash cayenne pepper
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese (medium or sharp), diced
 

Instructions
Cook beef and drain off fat. Add onion, cook until soft.
Add undrained beans and mash with fork, to mix with meat.
Stir in ketchup and seasonings. Simmer for 5 mins.
Stir in cheese until it melts. Serve as a hot dip with taco chips.
