Stir milk, chai tea, sugar, rice and vanilla extract
in a heavy saucepan over medium-high heat until
sugar us dissolved and mixture starts to boil.
Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer gently. Stir
frequently for approximately 45 minutes, or until
pudding is thick and rice is tender. Pour into bowls
and sprinkle with cinnamon.
