Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Chop peanuts. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions and then stir in 1/2 cup of the peanuts. Pour into 9 inch square baking dish. Bake according to package directions and cool completely.
Slice bananas and place in a single layer over brownie. Whisk together pudding mix and milk until mixture begins to thicken. Fold gently 2 1/2 cups of the whipped topping. Quickly spread over the pudding mixture.
Use the remaining topping by placing in a cake decorator to add artistic beauty or spread the entire whipped topping in step 2. Grate the chocolate over the top for a pretty desert finish. Add the remaining sliced bananas and strawberries to the top.
