     Outback Steakhouse Steak Marinade

c. beer or ale
2 t. brown sugar
1/2 t. seasoned salt
1/4 t. each- black pepper and MSG

Let the steak marinate in the beer for at least an hour in the refrigerator. Mix the dry ingredients together well. After marinating, sprinkle the dry mix over the steak. Rub it all over the steak. Let the steak sit in the refrigerator another thirty minutes. Put a pat of butter on the grill. When it's very hot, add the steak. Cook to desired doneness.
