Glaze - 1/2 cp each, honey and whole grain mustard
Instructions
Set oven to 400. Make 4 6-inch by 1/4 inch rounds pastry disk from puff pastry. Divide onions between disks, top with sliced figs and crumbled cheese.
Turn tart edges in over filling slightly to form free form shape, crimping in about 8 places. Place on baking sheet, and cook 20/25 min, until golden and crisp. Brush with glaze and serve warm with a hand full of fresh baby salad leaves.
