Ingredients
1 1/2 cup of flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chocolate powder
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 cup oil
3 eggs
 
Instructions
Mix well all together, pour in a greased baking pan 9x9. Bake for 20 min. in 350F oven.
