     Chili and Garlic Chicken Wings

Ingredients
3-4 lbs. chicken wings
1 cup sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp sriracha chili sauce
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
tbsp minced fresh cilantro
 

Instructions
Combine the ingredients listed above. Set aside 1/4 cup of the mixture for later use, and toss the wings in the rest of the marinade.
Refrigerate the wings (and reserved marinade) for 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil, brush it with olive oil, and spread the wings out on it. Bake the wings for 20 minutes, turn them, baste with remaining marinade, and bake for 20 more minutes or until the meat is no longer pink.
