Place the onions, beans, corn, tomato sauce, beer, Rotel, and taco
seasoning in the slow cooker. Stir together. Place the chicken on
top of the liquid, vegetables, and beans pressing down into the
liquid. Cook on low for 5 hours.
Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and set aside til cool
enough to handle. Shred the chicken. Put the chicken back in the
slow cooker and cook for 2 more hours.
Serve over approximately 8 chips, with about 8 more on top for
some crunch.
