Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients

	1 pound ground beef
	1 egg
	1/2c Bread crumbs
	1/2c club soda
	1tsp salt
	1tsp pepper
	1/2tsp cury Powder
	4tbsp oil for frying


Instructions


Mix. Roll into 1in balls


Fry balls over med heat until golden brown
