     Cincinnati Chili

Ingredients
2 Pounds Ground Chuck
2 Large Onions, Chopped
1 (29oz.) Can Tomato Sauce
29 oz Water
1/2 Tsp Ground Red Pepper
1/4 Tsp Ground Cloves
1/2 oz Unsweetened Baker's Chocolate
2 Tblsp Vinegar
1 Bay Leaf
 
1/2 Tsp. Ground Allspice
8 Drops Tabasco Sauce
1/4 Tsp. Ground Garlic Powder
4 Heaping Tblsp Ground Chili Powder
1 Tsp Cumin
2 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tsp Cinnamon
1 1/2 Tsp Salt

Instructions
Place ground chuck, water, tomato sauce and onions in large pan and simmer 30 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and cook over low leat for 2 to 3 hours. Serve as chili or over spaghetti. 3 way or 4 way served with grated cheddar cheese and onions.
