     Santa Fe Skillet Shrimp

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 small bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 small onion, sliced thin
1 cup frozen corn, thawed
1/2 cup McCormick Santa Fe Style Seafood sauce
 

Instructions
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add shrimp and vegetables; cook and stir for 4 minutes or until shrimp turns pink and vegetables are tender and crisp.
Add seafood sauce; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until heated through.
Serve with rice if desired.
