This recipie is intended to utilze leftover Thanksgiving Dinner. Feel free to make it from scratch.
Using a greased 2 quart baking pan, carefully combine the turkey, stuffing, carrots, onion & celery. Add the gravy and top with potatoes.
Bake, uncovered at 325 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes or until edges of potatoes are browned. If the potatoes do not brown, use the broiler as long as needed for browning.
