Pour the fundge topping into a medium bowl. Stir in 1 cup of the whipped topping with a wire wihisk until it's well blended. Add in the dry pudding mix; stir 2 min. or until well blended. If your fudge topping is to thick to spread stir in 1/4 cup of milk.

Chop Oreoa roughly into chunks and stir into the pudding mix. Arrange 4 ice cream sandwiches on a 24x12 piece of foil;top with half of the pudding mixture. Repeat the layers ending with sandwiches on top.

Frost sides and top with remaining wipped topping. Bring up sides of foil up and loosely seal the edges.

|
Freeze atleast 4 hours beofre serving. Store leftovers in the freezer.
