Dissolve yeast and sugar in 115 degree water. Combine flour and salt. Beat enough flour mixture into yeast mixture to make soft dough. Combine 1 T oil and garlic; knead into dough. Knead about 10 min. until smooth and elastic. Place in greased bowl. Cover and let rise until doubled, about one hour. Punch down; form into ball. Let rise 15 min. Stretch dough to fit 15 inch oiled pizza pan or 14 bx 10 inch pan. Brush dough with olive oil.
