     Lemon-Pesto Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts - cut into thin strips
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Lemon Juice
1-1/2 cups milk
1 package Knorr Creamy Pesto sauce mix
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Penne Pasta (favorite pasta)
Broccoli (optional)
 

Instructions
Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-heat and brown chicken, stirring occasionally. Add steamed broccoli (optional). Stir in lemon juice.
Mix together milk & Creamy Pesto mix and bring to boil. Stir in cheese.
Toss sauce with cooked & drained pasta.
