     Mastaccioli al Fredo

Ingredients
1 lb. mostaccioli
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
 
Instructions
Prepare pasta as directed.
In large pan, heat cream and butter on low heat. DO NOT BOIL! Add pasta, cheese, parsley, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Toss gently to coat. Serve immediately.
