     Onion Blossom Bugers

Ingredients
1-2 lbs. ground beef.
2/3 cup Robert's Reserve Onion Horseradish Dip
1/2 tbsp. Adam's Reserve Steak Au Poivre
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup Panko or plain break crumbs
2-4 slices Swiss cheese
1 cup french fried onions
 
Instructions
Combine beef, Steak au Poivre, salt, eggs, bread crumbs and 1/2 of Onion Horseradish dip. Form into patties.
Grill or saute about 4-5 minutes each side. Add cheese at the end to melt.
Top burgers with remaining dip and fried onions.
