     Artichoke Crab Dip

Servings   1/3 C.

1/4 C. fat free cream cheese
2 wedges Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Cheese
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
8 oz. (about 1-1/2 C.) roughly chopped imitation crabmeat
1/2 C. fat free sour cream
1 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. onion powder
1/4 t. black pepper, or more to taste
1/8 t. salt, or more to taste
1/8 t. cayenne pepper, or more to taste
2 T. reduced fat Parmesan style grated topping

Place cream cheese and cheese wedges in large microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30-45 seconds, until soft. Stir until blended.
Add all other ingredients except grated topping. Mix thoroughly.
Microwave for 1 minutes, stir well. Top with Parm topping and microwave for 1 additional minute or until warm.
